Terms of Use & License — Stylewright

1. Who we are

Stylewright (“the Software”) is provided by Zeynep Nur Asker (“we”, “us”). Contact: tezaapps@gmail.com.

2. License grant

The free tier is provided free of charge. Purchasing Pro grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro features of the Software for your own personal or business use. One license may be activated on up to 2 devices; you may deactivate a device to free a slot and activate another.

3. Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key; or attempt to circumvent the licensing to use Pro features without a valid license. The Software is a tool; you are responsible for how you use the design data you extract. Respect the intellectual-property and trademark rights of the sites you analyze.

4. Payments, taxes, and refunds

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who acts as the seller of record and handles applicable sales tax/VAT. By purchasing you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms. We offer a 14-day refund — contact tezaapps@gmail.com.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the extracted output will be complete, accurate, or error-free for every website.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Software will not exceed the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update the Software and these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law and your consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms — including this clause — deprives you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, which you continue to enjoy.
